In CSOB, at the beginning he was Director of Loan Management Dept., and since 2005 he managed a Financial Institutions segment and was in charge of relationship management with health insurers, securities traders, investment companies, pension funds, insurance companies and foreign banks. This included also responsibility for custody and fund depository services.

Martin Kadlec has 20 years of experience in different positions in investment companies, last 15 years as investment manager with experience in development and investment projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Last 5 years focused on mining projects, in key positions of project management and executive management.

David Urbanec started his professional career in 2000 in one of the first private law firms in Prague and was partner from 2006 to 2008. One of his main responsibilities is litigation. He has extensive experience in this field arising from representation of banks, financial institutions, investment groups and commercial companies in many cases where the value exceeded hundreds of millions Czech Crowns. His expertise in the judicial agenda comprises both litigation at general courts including the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic and the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic, and litigation at special courts including the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the European Court of Human Rights. Alfred Brunclik has 20 years of experience in different positions in investment companies, last 15 years as investment manager with experience in development and investment projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Last 5 years focused on mining projects, in key positions of project management and executive management. + 30 years experience in senior management of construction companies, with focus on underground construction (mines, tunnels and underground transport infrastructure). Key positions in large investment projects on the territory of Russia and CIS countries.

Milan Klecka has 40 years of experience in the geology and mining industry both in expert and top management. Specialization in geology, petrology, geochemistry and mineralogy, activities in investigation, exploration and mining of mineral deposits. 37 years of experience in mineral resources exploration in Mongolia. President of East Asian Chamber of Commerce, The Institute of Euro-asian Cooperation and The Institute of Environmental Educational at present. Membership and positions in professional societies. More than 80 papers published in Czech, English, Russian and German.
